Dr. Nashriana, SH.M.Hum is an Associate Professor of Child Criminal Law and Penology.
She is currently Kordinator Program Studi Magister Ilmu Hukum at Faculty of Law of Sriwijaya University. Previously, She was the Ketua Bagian Hukum Pidana at Faculty of Law of Sriwijaya University.
She teaches various courses within the field of Criminal Law. She is also an Ketua Tim Perekaman Tindak Pidana Korupsi bekerjasama dengan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi Republik Indonesia.
She completed his doctoral studie at Faculty of Law of Sriwijaya University, with a research focused on Sistem Sanksi Bagi Anak Pelaku Tindak Pidana Di Indonesia, terkhusus sistem sanksi Tindakan sebagai ujud perlindungan hukum terhadap anak, attained her LLB (S.H.) at Faculty of Law of Sriwijaya University, and obtained her Magister Humaniora from Faculty of Law of Diponegoro University .
